What this course can do for you: This 'how to do an appeal' course allows you to make you appeal on an unjust judgment that a family court makes after a trial on the Complaint at issue. Doing appeals with a lawyer typically cost in the vicinity of $20K. You can do it for the cost of appeals docketing fees ($360) and transcript costs (This could be several hundred or more depending on how long your trial was), and that's all.

This Course grew out of workshops for fathers who wanted to appeal unjust judgments against them in the family court.. It presupposes that you've taken the standard course, "Take Charge of Your Case in Family Court" which supplies many of the arguments and information you'll use in your appeal arguments.
