What this course can do for you: This trial course will show you how to prepare for trial so you can increase your chances of getting what you want AND greatly increase you ability to win an appeal if your trial judgment in blatantly unjust in light of the testimony and evidence you present at trial - as so often happens. Family court lawyers are notorious as bad trial lawyers. You can do it your self or help improve your lawyers efforts. They so often don't do what needs to be done!

This Course grew out of workshops for fathers preparing for their trial. It presupposes that you've taken the standard course, "Take Charge of Your Case in Family Court" which supplies many of the arguments and information you'll use in your trial.
