  1. Basic Elements in a Family Court Action (hearings and documents: what, why, and when)
  1. The Law and the Court (where the rubber meets the road!)
  1. The Family Court and Relevant Law (the basics of the setup and family law)
  1. Your Fundamental Rights and Protecting Them (your rights and making complaints against judges, lawyers, GALs)
  1. Family Court Complaints (filings, the issues, and your arguments and reasons)
  2. Strategy (taking charge of your case – preparation for court)
  3. Redress: Your Response to Unjust Orders or Judgments (how to fight back and not rollover and die: the options)
